Worldmark Palm Springs - Plaza Resort And Spa, Palm Springs

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel has a great location close to downtown and the pool area is quite nice. Unfortunately, the room felt dated and the overwhelming fragrance from air fresheners was uncomfortable, especially for someone with allergies. I was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate my request for a fragrance-free room, which really affected my trip.

We stayed at a lovely resort that offered a peaceful atmosphere with clean surroundings and friendly staff. The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped, but some areas felt a bit dated. While our experience was mostly positive and the environment relaxing, the absence of certain resort amenities might disappoint some guests. Overall, it provided a good value for our time in Palm Springs.
